Working Method

Tips & Tricks

Once moulded, coat the base of the bagel in semolina. This will allow you to transfer from proofer to boiling water without sticking.

Filling Topping

Boil water and a small amount of Golden Syrup. Once Bagels are 80% proof, place them into the water for around 2-3 minutes then place on the baking tray and bake.
