Vegetable Oil 220g
Water 470g
Application / Method
Mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes at SLOW speed with a paddle.
Mix further 3 minutes at MEDIUM speed, until a homogenous batter is obtained.
For about 400gr batter, bake for about 35-37 minutes at 180°-200°C in dec or 150°C in conv oven.
Baking time and temperature may vary according to type and size of cake and oven.
