Working Method

Base
  1. Melt butter and mix with biscuit crumb till right consistency
  2. Place into rings and refrigerate to firm base

Mixture
  1. Soften cream cheese with sugar on low speed
  2. Mix in cornflour
  3. Slowly add eggs and yolks followed by the cream

Bake
  1. Line rings with baking paper - make sure it is fully flat and sticking to the side
  2. Pipe cheesecake filling in the rings, pipe Vivafil Raspberry into the centre
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 120°C

Decoration
  1. Add a coloured choc ring on top and chocolate triangle band around the base
  2. Spoon on Topfil Mango on top
