Choc brownie

Topping
Ambiante 300
Deli Caramel 100
Topping total 400

Working Method

Mixture
  1. Melt chocolate and butter over water bath
  2. Add sugar and stir
  3. Add eggs followed by the dry ingredients

Baking
  1. Bake at 160°C for approximately 30 minutes

Decoration
  1. Cut Brownie into pieces
  2. Whip Ambiante half way and pour in slightly warm Deli Caramel while mixing. Mix till soft consistency.
  3. Use straight away to pipe swirls on top of the cut brownie pieces
  4. Place golden roasted macadamia piece on top (optional)
