Chocolate Caramel Slice


Working Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add dry ingredients
  3. Heat water, syrup and add bi-carb, then add to above mixture
  4. Line the bottom of the tin with the mixture and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes

  1. Warm up all the ingredients
  2. Pour into tin and bake at 110 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes till set

  1. Let cool and spread Deli Caramel over the baked caramel
  2. Glaze with Miroir Glassage Chocolat Noir and let it set
  3. Cut into desired pieces
