Our local production facility 

Located in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, our Tyabb facility is the cornerstone of Puratos’ manufacturing operations in Australia. Purpose-built to support local and regional markets, the site features advanced production lines for sourdough, fruit fillings and jams, and dry powder mixes—delivering high-quality ingredients tailored to bakery, patisserie, and chocolate applications.

Sapore Attila Tempo
Sapore Attila Tempo is an inactive stabilized liquid wholemeal rye sourdough. It is made with regenerately farmed flour made with single origin flour.
Intens Gluten Replacement
Modular improver in powder form that optimizes tolerance through better gluten development and dough stability, providing security for the baker during the whole process.
Topfil Fruit Mince

Deli Caramel
Deli Caramel is a top quality rich cream filling preparation that makes good baking taste great. Inspired by South America's famous 'Dulce de Leche', Deli Caramel is made by cooking milk and sugar to offer the infinite pleasure or an authentic milk caramel.
Sapore Daphne Tempo
Sapore Daphne is a wheat-based liquid sourdough inspired by the iconic sourdoughs of San Francisco. With a balanced acidity and slightly floral notes. Use at higher levels for more pronounced acidity. Perfectly compliments a wide range of baked goods such as laminated items, toast breads and hamburger buns.
SOFT'R SWEET
Bakery improver for soft and sweet recipes, can be used in a variety of brioche, donuts, berliners, scrolls and other sweet baked items.
S500 CL
A high-quality clean(er) label multi-purpose improver that guarantees great volume, dough tolerance and freshness, even under very challenging conditions. S500 is highly versatile; you only need one improver for all types of yeast-raised baked goods applications.
Cremfil Silk Vanilla
