Ingredients

Pastry
Butter 320
Caster sugar 120
Eggs 100
Plain flour 500
Vanilla
Topfil Fruit Mince 875
Sunset Glaze 100
Pastry total 2015

Working Method

Method
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Emulsify eggs and add dry ingredients
  3. Refrigerate, roll out to 3mm
  4. Line tart shells and fill with Topfil Fruit Mince

Bake
  1. Bake at 170°C for approximately 35 minutes
  2. Spray with Sunset Glaze before baking

Decoration
  1. Sprinkle sugar on top after baking
