Fruit Mince Tarts

Working Method

Short Crust
  1. Mix Tegral Patacrout, eggs and butter together with spatula until you obtain a homogeneous batter and place in the refrigerator until it is firm. 
  2. Pin out to desired thickness, line tart shells and cut tops. 
  3. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Fruit Mince Filling
  1. Pipe desired amount of Topfil fruit mince into the tart shell. 
  2. Place top on tart shell. 
  3. Brush with Sunset Glaze before baking for added shine.
  4. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

  1. Dust with icing sugar.
