Working Method

Mixture
  1. Beat butter and sugar, slowly add eggs
  2. Add dry ingredients and pour in milk and grains while mixing

Scaling
  1. Scale at 130g for large and 40g for small

Method
  1. Pipe vivafil into muffins prior to baking

Bake
  1. Bake at 160°C for approximately 30-40 minutes
