Working Method

Custard
  1. Add liquids to dry ingredients slowly and mix for 2 minutes on speed 1
  2. Leave mix in coolroom overnight
  3. Scrape bottom of the bowl and mix for 1 minute prior to use on the next day
  4. Pour mix into unbaked tart shells

Baking
  1. Preheat to 200°C and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes
  2. Let cool for 1 hour and place into fridge
